Massacre At Chesapeake Walmart

Andre Bing, an overnight team lead at Walmart, has been named by investigators as the person who opened fire and killed 5 people. When police entered the Chesapeake Walmart they saw three bodies in the breakroom, including the Bing. Another victim was found at the front of the store.

Overnight team lead Andre Bing, 31, has been identified by officials as the gunman who opened fire in the store, killing Lorenzo Gamble, 43, Brian Pendleton, 38, Kellie Pyle, 52, Randall Blevins, 70, and a juvenile described only as a 16-year-old before turning the gun on himself.

A family member identified one of the victims as 22-year-old Tyneka Johnson, an employee at the Walmart location where the shooting took place.

Officials say 50 people were in Walmart at the time of the shooting. Walmart made a statement regarding the horrific incident:

“We are focused on doing everything we can to support our associates and their families at this time. The alleged shooter has been identified as Andre Bing. We can confirm that he was a Walmart associate.

“Andre’s position with the company was overnight team lead and he’s been employed with us since 2010. We are thankful for the local first responders and will continue to work with local law enforcement as they continue their investigation.”

Brett Hall, a local reporter, claims that “a source within the Chesapeake public safety department said first responders found a list near the shooter’s body of “employees he presumably wanted to target.” Though Briana Tyler, an employee, and witness to the shooting, said that 15 to 20 staff members were in the breakroom waiting to see what their job was for the night. She said Bing just swung open the door and just started shooting.

“As soon as my team lead said, ‘all right, we have a light night tonight,’ I looked up and my manager just opened the door and he just opened fire.

“He wasn’t aiming at anybody specifically. He just literally started shooting throughout the entire break room and I watched multiple people just drop down to the floor, whether they were trying to duck for cover or they were hit.

“He didn’t say a word, he didn’t say anything at all. He just came around the corner and started shooting,” Tyler told GMA.

I am sure justice will be served!
