A tragic accident occurred near Huntsville, Alabama on Wednesday when a Black Hawk military helicopter crashed along Highway 53. All of the individuals onboard were killed in the crash and there are no survivors. The exact cause of the crash is still under investigation, but it appears that the helicopter caught fire upon impact.
The Tennessee National Guard has confirmed that the helicopter was on a training mission at the time of the crash. Pentagon officials have released few other details about what happened or how many people were onboard at the time of the accident.
